Love My Kids!

Tech Ed Students are so much fun to work with!  They are eager to learn, but make my job so fun when they flash me those pearly white smiles.  Even excel makes them smile.  I love my job.

November is Spreadsheet Time!

Using ice scream for data, 1st graders excelled at Excel.  So proud of these youngsters for grasping and completing their first spreadsheet.

 

Internet Research for 1st, 2nd and 3nd Graders.

Students in 1st through 3rd are learning that the internet is not just for games.  They are researching Saints and gathering some basic information.

One of our favorite projects in Tech Ed.  I enjoy it because of all the wonderful, happy faces eager to work in excel.  I wonder if the candy has something to do with their smiles and not the spreadsheet.

Great Way to Start the Week . . .

 

Second graders using their keyboarding skills to create messages.  It made my day to see these adorable messages to me.

Explosion of Computer Parts . . .

Students enjoy looking at all the parts that belong inside the computer.  We review the parts together, then try to find the ones we learned about.  Here is some of our second graders checking out all the parts.

Welcome to the 2013-14 school year and Computer/Tech Ed at All Saints.

I'm excited about this new year and my theme "Charging into Technology".

We will need to keep our batteries charged and ready so we can have a great time concentrating on our projects, designs, keyboarding and much more.
